Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join Hun Sing Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd. This role involves handling various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff welfare to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate new staff onboarding, prepare offer and confirmation letters, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain updated records of employee positions and manpower planning.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, feedback, and workplace issues.
- Support management in handling disciplinary actions and counselling sessions.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and verify daily attendance records.
- Manage leave applications and update the HR system accordingly.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Coordination
- Assist in the preparation and checking of monthly payroll.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in salary data and deductions.
Staff Welfare & Engagement
- Plan and coordinate company events, training, and staff activities.
- Manage staff benefits, medical claims, and welfare programs.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure HR practices comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
- Maintain proper HR documentation, filing systems, and employee records.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in HR or admin.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum education: Degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in Human Resources.

Peranan ini melibatkan pengendalian pelbagai fungsi Sumber Manusia termasuk pengambilan pekerja, hubungan pekerja, kehadiran, penyelarasan gaji, dan kebajikan staf bagi memastikan operasi HR berjalan lancar serta mematuhi dasar syarikat.
Tanggungjawab Utama
Pengambilan & Orientasi Pekerja Baharu
- Mengurus keseluruhan proses pengambilan termasuk iklan jawatan, saringan, temu duga dan pengambilan pekerja.
Hubungan Pekerja
- Bertindak sebagai saluran utama untuk aduan, maklum balas dan isu tempat kerja.
- Membantu pihak pengurusan dalam tindakan tatatertib dan sesi kaunseling.
- Menggalakkan suasana kerja yang positif dan saling menghormati.
Kehadiran & Pengurusan Cuti
- Memantau dan menyemak rekod kehadiran harian.
- Mengurus permohonan cuti dan mengemas kini sistem HR.
- Menyediakan laporan kehadiran bulanan untuk pemprosesan gaji.
Penyelarasan Gaji
- Membantu dalam penyediaan dan semakan data gaji bulanan.
- Memastikan caruman wajib (KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, PCB) dibuat tepat pada masanya.
- Menjaga kerahsiaan dan ketepatan semua maklumat gaji.
Kebajikan & Penglibatan Staf
- Merancang dan menyelaras aktiviti syarikat, latihan dan program untuk staf.
- Mengurus faedah pekerja, tuntutan perubatan dan program kebajikan.
- Menyokong inisiatif bagi meningkatkan kepuasan dan kesetiaan pekerja.
Pematuhan & Pentadbiran
- Memastikan amalan HR mematuhi Akta Kerja 1955 dan peraturan buruh Malaysia.
- Menyenggara sistem fail dan dokumentasi HR dengan teratur.
- Membantu dalam pembangunan serta pelaksanaan dasar dan prosedur HR.
- Menyediakan surat tawaran, surat pengesahan dan memastikan semua dokumen disiapkan dengan betul.
- Menyenggara dan mengemas kini rekod jawatan serta perancangan tenaga kerja.
Kemahiran
- Ijazah dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
- Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang HR atau pentadbiran.
- Pengetahuan yang baik tentang undang-undang buruh Malaysia dan caruman wajib.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu mengekalkan kerahsiaan dan bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
Kelayakan
- Warganegara Malaysia.
- Tahap pendidikan minimum: Ijazah (diutamakan).
- Pengalaman terdahulu dalam bidang Sumber Manusia merupakan satu kelebihan.
