**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Project Admin plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the administrative and documentation aspects of construction and consultancy projects. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and a fundamental understanding of contract law.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience in project administration,**preferably in the construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Tech-savvy and computer proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Liaise with project coordinator about outgoing letter to issues.
- Control reference number for outgoing letter that want to issues.
- Provide general administration and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Prepared summary correspondence letter up to date.
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Check incoming documents such as drawing, sample material and method statement.
- Find out and know the schedule of the project director.
- Check and recalculate monthly claim before submit to HR department.
- Check stationaries required at department.

- Filing for Outgoing correspondence letter.
- Update Submission detail for M&E such as material submission, method statement, mock-up, sample boards and drawing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,076.00 - RM3,890.02 per month
