As a Risk Control Specialist you are responsible for project review scores and basic data summary and statistics according to the company's overall development strategy, submit and summarize various risk control reports, and ensure that all accuracy, authenticity, validity and completeness of data information; have strong risk awareness and anti-fraud awareness, and report abnormal situations in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the basic data summary and statistics of the risk control department, submitting and summarizing various risk control reports to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of various data information
validity, validity, and completeness;
2. Responsible for the design of risk control rules and risk control management models for contract derivatives business, as well as familiarity and design of platform risk control management parameters;
3. Responsible for online risk analysis of contract derivatives business, evaluating and designing risk solution optimization plans; and regularly checking risk data;
4. Responsible for daily risk control data management and tracking of contract derivatives business, daily risk control monitoring and evaluation; and be able to accurately locate risk control issues and design
planning solutions; capable of handling risks under extreme market conditions;
5. Monitor market conditions and system background data 24/7, and handle any abnormalities in a timely manner;
6. Actively identify, assess, monitor and report various risks (including credit risk, market risk and operational risk, etc.), and regularly issue company
risk analysis report;
7. Responsible for statistics and summary of information based on the materials submitted by the company, and conduct pre-review and supervision, in-process monitoring, testing and review,
and subsequent risk assessment;
8. Assist department leaders to gradually improve the company's department work processes and systems, and regularly provide improvement suggestions;
9. Strictly implement the company's various risk control systems, strengthen risk control awareness, and ensure the company's safe and stable operations.
Responsibility
10. Complete the tasks promptly proposed by the leader.

Applicants with more than three years of relevant experience in the blockchain industry, and experience in contract derivatives business or proprietary trading operations will be given priority.
Have strong problem analysis ability, communication and problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking ability, and excellent transaction promotion ability.
Strong execution ability, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong team communication, coordination and cooperation skills.
Have strong communication skills and be able to solve cross-department collaboration problems.
English and Chinese can be used as working languages and have oral communication skills.
Have a certain understanding or interest in proprietary trading products.

Skill requirements
1. Be proficient in operating office software, especially Excel;
2. Have strong risk awareness and ability to deal with risks;
3. Have strong data statistical analysis capabilities and be familiar with the management backend and report modules;
4. Have strong language expression, communication and negotiation skills.
