**The Role**

We’re looking for a **2D + 3D Graphic Designer** who’s obsessed with details and passionate about turning bold ideas into real-world experiences. If you're someone who sketches at breakfast and thinks in layers and dimensions—this one’s for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Conceptualize and create visuals for **packaging, displays**, and marketing touchpoints.
- Design and develop **POSM materials**: standees, banners, wobblers, product blocks & more.
- Collaborate with the creative, sales, and production teams to turn sketches into **print-ready artwork (FA)**.
- Play with **space planning and material choices**—from flat-pack cardboard to experimental 3D-printed materials.
- Ensure all visual outputs are clean, on-brand, and aligned with project needs.
- Elevate design ideas with animation, motion, or basic video if you have the skills (bonus points).

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
- **1-2+ years** of hands-on design experience with a solid portfolio (we’d love to see both 2D & 3D).
- Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Able to work independently and handle tight turnarounds with a calm head.
- Open to feedback, experimental thinking, and new design processes.

**Tools You Should Know**
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- 3D Software: SketchUp, 3DsMAX, Blender, Rhino, or similar
- Bonus: Videography, rendering, or animation know-how
