Finance Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and Group Finance for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support for daily financial activities.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly management account, and annual financial statements in accordance with Malaysia accounting standards and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safeguard company assets.
- Monitor and manage hotel’s financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and support management with ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management or audit.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia financial regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
