**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily financial operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Design, implement, and enforce finance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee cash management and treasury functions, including optimizing liquidity and maintaining strong banking relationships.
- Develop a strong understanding of business drivers and provide clear, data-driven analysis of financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP& A), and cash flow management.
- Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial reporting on a quarterly and annual basis, in accordance with corporate governance standards.
- Analyze financial results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Drive effective working capital management, including oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to strengthen capabilities, enhance productivity, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and cross-functional business initiatives as required by management.
- Champion finance-related digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation tools to streamline processes and improve decision
- making accuracy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, with prior exposure to senior level finance responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates sound business ethics, confidentiality, and integrity in all matters.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in team management is an added advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
