**Product Specialist**

**About the Job**

The Product Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our company's products by providing comprehensive knowledge, support, and expertise to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. This role involves deep product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. Our Product Specialist will serve as the link between product development and end-users, guaranteeing a consistent customer experience and product adoption.

1. Product Knowledge:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on product updates, enhancements, and changes to effectively communicate these to customers and internal teams.

2. Customer Support:

- Provide guidance and support to internal teams, helping them understand how to use the product to meet customers’ specific needs.
- Visit and meet with branch managers and retail teams to ensure they understand product characteristics and placement to introduce/recommend to customers.

3. Sales Support:

- Assist the retails team by participating in product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings.
- Maintain store shelves by inspecting displays of company products and ensuring they have proper price tags; assuring store shelf cleanliness and tidiness; and offering optimal product display.
- Assist with special promotions by setting up displays, checking promotional price tags, observing customer responses to special promotions, reporting observations to management, and removing promotions at the end of the special promotion duration.

4. Product Feedback:

- Gather customer feedback and insights on product performance, usability, and feature requests.
- Share feedback with the product development team to influence product roadmap decisions and improvement.

5. Training and Education:

- Develop and conduct product training sessions for internal teams.
- Create and update training materials to ensure they align with the latest product features.

6. Performance Analysis:

- Prepare monthly sales reports, product reports, and other related reports.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any equivalent discipline.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
- A self-starter, resourceful, outgoing, and results-oriented individual with strong sales and communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
