- Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR documents.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in processing payroll, including timekeeping and attendance records.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Provide support for employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
- Help organize employee events, training sessions, and other activities.
- **Office Administration**:

- Order and maintain office supplies.
