**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, personnel records, internal database ( eg. record sick or maternity leave) and documentation.
- Assist in preparing new hire orientation and onboarding process.
- Prepare HR documents, likeemployment contractandnew hireguides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Perform HRIS support for new joiners, leavers and change requests.
- Create regular reports on HR metrics
- Answer employees queries about HR-related topics
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Process HR related procurement process and expense forms
- Participate in HR projects and assist in employee engagement activities such as benefits enrolment, employee recognition activities, townhalls and etc
**Requirements**:
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- Excellent in interpersonal skills with ability to manage sensitive and confidential situation with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,HR Support Administratoror relevant role
- Proficient with and good ability to quickly learn HRIS and similar digital tool.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws will be added advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
