**Responsibilities**:

- Can independent to handling whole account.
- Handling daily documentation and proper filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Perform day to day processing of account payable, invoicing and account receivable transaction to ensure that municipal finance are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Maintain vendor & customer information in cloud storage.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation, AR & AP reconciliation.
- Receive, input, verify and process all AP invoice, expenses, utilities, monthly rental and etc.
- Preparation for payment and payment voucher on time, ensure all documents and records are well organized.
- Coordinate and assist in administrative, banking matters, feasibility studies and financial modelling.
- Assist in month-end closing and year-end auditing by liaising with external auditor for audit matter.
- **Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position, Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, word, outlook and SQL accounting system, will be an advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
