About the role

We are seeking anAccounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Totalgard Manufacturing Sdn Bhd based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconciling transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with the preparation of full set of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial queries or issues
  • Any other ad hoc duty assigned by the management from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, in finance / Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using SQL and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must fluent both spoken & written in Mandarin Language & English Language. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
