'¢ Provide timely and accurate reports and/or information on all inventory levels in order to facilitate closure of financial accounts and other decision making '¢ Supervise the warehouse operation team to ensure the warehouse operation process is in place. '¢ Assist Departmental Head in implementing new processes and business enhancement project(s) that drives incremental value to the organization '¢ Supervise and determine the inventories accuracy of materials and finished goods are proper inventoried in a good, clean and usable state. '¢ Check, audit & compile stock count report/stock transfer/stock utilization report for management review. '¢ Identify and improve store inventory control processes to support outlets requirements including detection of slow moving stocks '¢ Oversee the level of incoming products and ensure that it stays balanced with the level of outgoing products '¢ Train and supervise a team of store personnel in proper handling of items received, stored and delivered. '¢ Ensure physical stock count, stock card and system AutoCount quantity always tally '¢ Work closely with production and purchasing departments to ensure goods are sufficient to transfer without affecting schedule and business operations. '¢ Review and improve delivery schedules, inventory reports and work orders to determine types and quantities and availability of orders '¢ Oversee the safe receipt, storage retrieval and timely dispatch of goods '¢ Lead and manage the delivery team on delivery coordination efficiencies to ensure timely delivery in supporting sales
