_** Employment contract term : 1 Year Contract Basis (depending on performance will absorb as permanent or renew contract)**_ - ** 5.5 working days, working hours 8:00AM-5:00PM**_ - **Job Descriptions**:_ - Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock in/out, raw materials, ingredients, transfer, goods sold, goods return, damages & full control of stock movements. - Data entry for all stock movements at Warehouse and record on-hand stock daily. - Responsible for verifying both inbound and outbound inventory matches. - Ensure stock accuracy at check in, check out, loading, unloading, purchase & sold items by physically counting. - Manage daily, weekly, and yearly stock count activity together with the warehouse team. - Monitor inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. - Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. - Analyses daily product and supply levels, and discrepancies to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. - Identify weaknesses in control activities and recommend practical value-add recommendations for process improvements. - Ensure proper documentation and conclusion on the results of audit tests and overall effectiveness of controls, adhering to internal guidelines and timelines. - Manage and execute all aspects of operation audits including audit planning, executive and reporting. - Work closely with Operation personnel to gather planning information and prepare audit plan - Collate and follow-up on management responses for all audit findings highlighted in draft report and ensure timely issuance of final report, in accordance with audit plan. - Prepare monthly Inventory ageing report & Quarter inventory reports. - Perform tasks in accordance with standard practices, procedures or methods. Interprets instructions and executes tasks. - To perform any ad-hoc assignments from Superior / Management from time to time. - **Requirements**:_ - At least 3 years auditing / inventory management working experience. - Has proven track record within internal/external audit environment evidencing strong performance in conducting high quality audit work, findings and reports. - Excellent analytical, written communication, interpersonal, organization and presentation - Hand-on person with positive attitude and have a high level of integrity, drive and initiative. - Meticulous with strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 1 month Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - When is your availability date to join? **Experience**: - Inventory Management: 3 years (preferred) - internal/external auditing: 3 years (preferred)
