**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. To prepare for Jackpot Report every month for duty.

2. To prepare Credit card report for every month.

5. To assist Account Receivable to check on collection against the report for daily sales collection and to assists Account Receivable on the daily collection from the safe.

6. To prepare insurance ROP on yearly basis.

7. To prepare Account payable monthly agreement invoices.

8. To check part timer report and to compile request for cash on the part timers.

9. To check the claims and petty cash reimbursement.

10. To check the bills and ROP.

11. To open the incoming letter and check documents from HQ and to ensure scan a copy for safe keeping.

12. Issue memo to HQ of letter from Finance and any outgoing letters.

13. To maintain and to do filing on all Agreements.

14. To maintain and to do filing on Bank Statements.

15. To do filing on all documents related to Finance.

16. To prepare Monthly Management Report on Admin matters.

17. To do filing on PYE according to Cheque File.

18. To prepare reports based on the audit reports.

19. To ensure the bills of utilities is in monthly and taken in to account by Account payable file.

20. To ensure Hostel bills from HR Department is submitted monthly.

21. To follow up on the documents send to HQ until the documents are beck to AJMB. Any issue arises to make sure to inform and update Finance Manager.

22. To ensure pre-sign Rentas form are submitted after using and also to safe keep.

23. To prepare Finance Meeting minutes.

24. To assist in the audit preparation and during audit process.

25. To make sure that all job is done accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
