Job Description
JGE Empire Group Sdn Bhd is hiring an Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support daily administrative and basic accounting functions.
This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to handle routine admin and basic accounts work accurately and consistently.
It is ideal for junior candidates or those looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, including:
- Invoice preparation
- Billing and expense data entry
- Filing and maintaining accounting records
- Support finance/accounts team with routine tasks
- Coordinate with operations and management when required
- Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time
Performance & Work Expectation
- Tasks and responsibilities will be clearly assigned
- Accuracy, timeliness, and responsibility are key performance expectations
- Performance will be reviewed fairly and consistently
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Administration / Accounting / Business or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic understanding of admin and accounting processes
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Responsible, organised, and punctual
- Willing to learn and follow SOP
- Experience in admin or accounts work is an advantage (training provided)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: RM2,000
- Salary paid on time

Work Environment
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Klang.
Candidates must be comfortable handling routine admin and basic accounts support work.
