Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum admin executive to manage accounting, treasury, SST filing, and e-invoicing functions for our Malaysian operations. This role involves handling preparing accurate SST submissions, and ensuring compliance with LHDN's e-Invoicing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and submit compliant e-Invoices via MyInvois (LHDN e-Invoicing system).
  • Prepare SST submissions, including tracking taxable transactions and issuing SST-compliant invoices.
  • Controlling construction AP and AR framework . Ensure accurate and timely recording of payables and receivables and comply with construction contracts, lien laws, and retention requirements.
  • Support intercompany tendering transactions and procurement process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including clients, vendors, tax agents, and auditors.

Requirements:

  • SPM or STPM or Diploma in Accounting, Degree, specialty in Manufacturing and Construction field.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's SST framework and LHDN e-Invoicing (MyInvois)
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., access UBS )
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
