Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you will need to perform the following:
a) To assist and monitor collections and payment by students;
b) Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments;
e) When required, issue invoice, collect and submit claims, undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issuereceipts, cheques etc.;
f) Create and update students record and databases and maintaining updating the system;
g) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
h) Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;
i) Take minutes of meetings and dictations;
j) Any other tasks determined by the company from time to time.
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Background in PA/ Admin is preferred
- Based in Melaka
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets, knowledge in PPT is an added advantage
- Proficient in English, proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
- SPM, diploma or equivalent
