**Job Purpose**:
To provide high-level administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations, effective time management, and the successful execution of professional and personal tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support**
- Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system
**2. Personal Assistance**
- Assist with errands, reservations, event planning, and personal reminders
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate household or personal matters as requested
**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and partners professionally
**4. Project & Task Management**
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Support in project planning, execution, and reporting
- Conduct basic research or manage small projects independently
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital tools
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
- Adaptable to changing priorities and needs
- Polite, presentable, and emotionally intelligent
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
