**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for preparing operational documentation, ensuring timely updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and providing support for general logistics and administrative functions. The role also involves coordinating between warehouse and transportation teams and maintaining effective communication with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate records for operations, including correspondence, plans and expenses.
- Collaborate with operating personnel to ensure cargo readiness for scheduled deliveries.
- Update systems such as SAP and WMS promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and track shipping details in coordination with forwarding agents.
- Generate and manager cycle count reports.
- Update shipment and domestic delivery statuses in a timely manner.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualification**:
Experience - Requires minimum 1-year relevant work experience in clerical/administrative support in warehousing and logistic.

Education - Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Location - Logistic company near Space U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
