**Responsibilities**:

- Develop online and offline marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and company sales target (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Responsible for advertising creative material on offers and events.
- Content management for blog and website.
- Develop strategies for client growth and retention.
- Develop press release and monthly e-newsletter.
- Managing budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

- Diploma in marketing, communications, IT or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
