ABOUT THE JOB

At BON Estates, we are looking for a passionate and creative Executive, Digital Marketing to join our vibrant team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in crafting compelling digital content that tells the unique story of our property developments. You will be responsible for creating engaging narratives that connect with our audience, bringing our projects to life through storytelling across various digital platforms. By combining creativity with strategic marketing, you will help shape the brand's voice and drive meaningful engagement that supports our business growth and customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including both online and offline channels.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.)
  • Graphic Design: Use design tools to create visual content, such as infographics, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Insight Gathering: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to ensure all content remains relevant, engaging, and highly impactful.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a creative related field.
  • Min 2 years working experience
  • Proven experience in a creative marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing
  • successful campaigns (online and offline).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, video shooting & editing and software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to converse, read and write in Mandarin would be the added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
