Provide consultation with clients regularly on growing their business using digital marketing
- Conduct professional and high-impact presentations to clients
- Project manage digital marketing deliverables to ensure quality standards, client expectations and deadlines are met
- Build rapport and educate clients on the value of their engagement with the company
- Provide ongoing digital marketing support for clients quickly and promptly
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
- Attend client meetings as their consultant and partner
- Retain clients with contract renewal
- Identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients, and work with the sales team to upsell clients
- Work with a passionate team of Performance Marketers, Designers, Copywriters, and Website Developers
- Report to Account Director, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports
- Remain constantly updated with company capabilities and service and upgrade knowledge of the digital marketing solutions so as to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
- Ensure that client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, informing Account Manager, Digital Marketing Director, or Salesman of any problems that might arise.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 to 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): account servicing, building rapport, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, Facebook advertising, landing pages
- Preferably Executives specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
