Aftersales Service and Client Relations Executive

**Role Objectives**
- Boosting Sales and Revenue: The Service and Client Relations Executive will be tasked with actively seeking out new sales opportunities within our existing client base, thus driving increased revenue for our Aftersales services.
- Dormant Client Reactivation: This role will involve identifying clients who have become dormant or have reduced their service engagement with us. By doing so, we can tap into previously untapped revenue potential. The executive will be responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies to reactivate dormant clients, with a focus on offering tailored solutions and benefits that entice them to renew their service agreements with us.
- Feedback Mechanism: Developing a feedback mechanism to capture insights from lost opportunities is essential. The executive will collect feedback from leads who did not convert and use this information to refine the company's offerings, sales process, or communication strategies.
- Develop long term mutually beneficial relationship with all the clients. Works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, making sure client’s needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor client accounts status, expiration and renewal. Grow the accounts, identify potential clients’ needs and increase the existing revenue by the clients.
- Actively engage with clients who have received sales quotations, ensuring that they receive timely and personalized follow-ups.
- Conduct service promotion activities such as campaigns.
- After-sales support through client servicing, inquiries, complaints, and problem-solving.
- Analyse client concerns, timely follow up with the customer issues, escalate issues to appropriate teams, and handle service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
- Help to manage After-sales team projects, review company protocols, and assist the company in client acquisition.
- Ensure end-to-end management of the client lifecycle from onboarding to client relationship management to retention and damage control.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail
- Disciplined, positive attitude, excellent communication skill, able to handle multitask.
