Client Service Executive

a) To manage inquiries from phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp;
b) To call new leads / follow up cold leads;
c) To remind new lead and existing appointments;
d) To extract leads data from Facebook;
e) To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports;
f) To organise and keep all the leads' data safe and confidential;
g) To filter and arrange the leads' data accordingly, based on their status (unanswered, missed, turned up, etc.);
h) To manage customer appointments via the provided system;
i) To assist and support marketing activities under this role.

j) To manage the counter responsibilities and provide the best quality service to our clients.

k) To assist clients during their visits, offering water with a welcoming smile.

I) To assist clients during the registration process.

l) To input data, send reports, and complete the closing process.

m) To generate receipts.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
