**Responsibilities**:

- Initiates, implement, maintain and update Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, objectives, and procedures in compliance to government regulations and requirements.
- Identify and evaluate possible risk at workplace or work processes, and recommend for preventive measures for improvement and control.
- Liaise with DOE, DOSH, local authorities, MOE, Fire Department, etc pertaining to SHE issues including renewal of all JKKP licenses, submit online scheduled waste report (MBSJ website), COVID-19 weekly report (CIMS), etc.
- Maintain and update SHE records for government authorities’ inspection.
- Conduct SHE Committees meeting and prepare for minutes of meeting.
- Handling scheduled waste and maintain the records.
- Conduct investigation on all work accident and near miss incident at workplace and recommend corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct or propose internal or external SHE trainings to all employees.
- Conduct fire drill and emergency evacuation training twice a year.
- Register and maintain record for all chemicals and hazardous substances.
- COVID-19 : monitor and ensure company overall preventive and protective measures are in place, including daily inspection at all sites to ensure all the employees are adhere to the safety rules (SOP) and all records are well maintained and properly keep.
- Issue requisition for purchase of personal protection equipment and safety signages.
- Work together with Maintenance team to ensure machineries safety.
- Any tasks assign by HOD from time to time.
- Work location : Sitiawan, Perak.**Benefits**:
