**Training**
- Setting training goals & objectives for the market in accordance to Regional Training guidelines and country’s business goals & training needs.
- Establishing & maintaining regular communication with regional team in order to be updated on new trainings, concepts & campaign.
- Implementing regional training initiatives by working closely with Regional Training Team.
- Being responsible for retail team & business performance, training reports analysis & action plans.
- Adapting and modifying training materials implemented by headquarters.
- Developing tutorial and coaching tools for effective learning in store environment.
- Strategizing, planning and developing leadership, soft skills and product training.
- Responsible in ensuring the planned product and skills training programme for the retail team (Skincare, Makeup, Fragrance, Sephora Experience) are executed properly by Trainers and Field Coach
- Ensuring induction program is organized and facilitated by Trainers for all newly recruited employees.
- Identifying learning opportunities for retail team, providing Beauty Advisor progress and feedback to Store Managers and collaborate on development plans to build team effectiveness.
- Leading, coaching and supporting development of Training Executive & Field Coach.
- Executing management training and floor coaching to Store Managers and Supervisors
- Conducting follow-up & providing in-store coaching to store management team
- Coordinating other training programmes as required with other departments on training related activities and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned (eg. events, workshops & team building programs)
- Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Exemplifying the right culture and philosophies of the organisation.

**Being involved in Training projects**
- Collaborating with Regional Leads for all training related projects in planning, customization locally and rolling out according to given timeline.

**Office Administration**:

- Ensuring the Sephora University is well kept, always replenished and ready for classroom.
- Overseeing the training budget.
- Ensuring all training reports for regional/country are submitted timely.

**We would love to hear from you if **
- You have 5-7 years of experience in training and development with 2-3 years in managerial capacity.
- You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
- You are tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- You have experience in a fast-moving environment would be an added advantage.
- You have an attitude and mindset that is rigorous and meticulous, motivated and autonomous self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines.
- You are highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures and able to work under pressure.
- You enjoy working with others and getting involved across a range of projects & challenges.
- You have a good sense of humour and the ability to stay calm in a storm.
