Implement and conduct training to multiple levels of organization members and help learners meet specified performance expectations.Conduct orientation programmes or On-the-Job training for new hire at jobsite and coach participants on the job, ensuring learning translates into performance.Maintain online database of all training materialsCollating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where requiredConsult with other trainers and managers to determine best methods to aid in the support of participant skill strength, gap identification and development.Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for training courses when needed.Conceptualize and create training materials based on training needs, data and research.Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, budget, and equipment.
**; Requirements**: - Academic Education: Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s DegreeLanguage Proficiency: Mandarin,English, Malay.Professional Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyTechnical and Management Skills: Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite; Strong public speaking skills; Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.Personal and Interpersonal skills: Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management; Team player; Approachable and well-mannered; Organized and responsible.Willing to travel.Possess own transportPassionate and able to work independently.Open to feedback and willing to learn.
Training will be provided.Employee will be sent to HRDC Train The Trainer program to enhance skills and core competencies
