We’re growing and looking for a proactive and articulate **Accounts Executive** to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career — offering greater exposure, ownership, and opportunity to work on high-impact, design-driven projects.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
As an Accounts Executive, your mission is to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, while keeping projects on track, on brief, and on budget.
**Client Servicing & Communication**
- Be the **primary contact** for assigned clients, building trust through clarity, consistency, and reliability
- Interpret client needs into actionable plans for the internal team
- Handle client requests, feedback, and updates with speed and professionalism
- Keep clients informed on progress, timelines, and any arising risks or blockers
**Project Coordination**
- Support the end-to-end delivery of branding, print, and digital projects
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across cross-functional teams
- Track key milestones, approvals, and documentation for each project
- Ensure work is delivered on-brand, on-time, and within scope
**Growth & Strategy Support**
- Identify opportunities for **upselling, cross-selling**, or expanding services within client accounts
- Help prepare client decks, presentations, proposals, and reports
- Monitor project profitability and highlight commercial insights to the leadership team
- Anticipate challenges and propose proactive solutions
**What You Should Bring**
- At least **1 years’ experience** in a client servicing, account executive, or project coordinator role — ideally at a creative, branding, or digital agency
- Good understanding of **branding, design, digital platforms, and production processes**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is essential; BM is a bonus)
- Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with composure
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization
- A self-starter with a **proactive mindset**, solution-oriented thinking, and team spirit
- Passion for creative work and a desire to grow in an interdisciplinary environment
