**工作介紹:**
- 與團隊和員工合作,確保組織的人力資源政策和程序得到廣泛遵守、接受和更新。
- 管理並向相應員工傳達新的或修訂後的組織人力資源政策和程序問題,包括提供簡短的簡報,確保員工在引入和管理此類變革時擁有適當的裝備並得到持續的支持。
- 在組織人力資源政策和程序或任何相關法定條款和條件方面為員工提供支援和建議。
- 了解個人的工作角色並與經理/部門主管合作更新他們的工作說明。
- 協助行政和人力資源助理經理實施旨在提高員工敬業度的計畫和措施。
- 透過協助經理設定目標、績效評估和回饋會議來支援績效評估流程。
- 協助組織和協調員工培訓、公司活動和辦公室計劃。可以指導培訓計劃,包括進行新員工入職培訓。
- 管理人員確認、調動、晉升和其他相關人員流動。
- 準備 EPF、SOCSO、所得稅、Zakat 和 HRDF Levy 的匯款。
- 與相關政府機關聯絡,如 HRDF、所得稅、KWSP、SOSCO、HRDC Levy 等。
- 維護員工的個人記錄並不時更新資料。
- 可協助評估和修改 JM 的培訓計劃。
- 可協助制定和實施培訓日曆。
- 審查和監控員工出勤、紀律記錄、年假和病假。
- 不時分配給行政和人力資源經理以及高階管理人員的任何其他合理職責。
**所需資格:**
- 至少擁有人力資源管理/商業研究/行政/管理/或同等學歷的文憑或學士學位
- 至少 4 年有類似職位的人力資源工作經驗
- 具有高度的保密性、責任感、自我激勵、自律和良好的人際溝通能力。
- 良好的組織能力,能夠管理時間並確定優先順序。
- 良好的人際溝通、溝通和解決問題的能力。
- 良好的團隊合作精神,責任感強,能承受工作壓力。
