**Job Purpose**

To assist in daily laboratory operations including testing, data analysis, and quality assurance, while maintaining lab safety and compliance standards. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about scientific work and eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic lab environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain proper lab documentation, including test results, logs, and inventory.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external standards.
- Perform R&D activities and product development trials.
- Work closely with Lab Manager to ensure quality standards are met.
- Uphold all lab safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Science or a related field
- Solid understanding of basic lab techniques, instruments, and safety protocols (ISO 17025:2015).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret test results.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced lab environment.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and takes initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data recording and reporting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
