Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Location: No 45, Jalan Cyber Valley 1B/1, Cyber Valley Commercial Centre, 43800 Dengkil, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support market expansion, drive product awareness, and nurture strong customer relationships.

This role involves promoting a range of laboratory machines, reagent kits, and diagnostic services while executing strategic marketing initiatives to grow sales and brand presence.

You will play a key role in business development, customer management, promotional activities, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales

• Promote and sell the company's products including laboratory machines (Plus Life, Pockit Central), reagent kits (Idvet, Genereach, Plus Life, Mycotoxin), and laboratory services (ISO 17025-compliant diagnostic testing).
• Work toward achieving individual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence.

2) Customer Management

• Identify and acquire new customers across targeted market segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve 90% or higher retention.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up, aiming for 80% positive customer satisfaction.
• Assist in addressing and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

3) Marketing & Promotion

• Plan, coordinate, and execute at least three marketing campaigns during the contract period.
• Promote laboratory testing services alongside machines and reagent kits.
• Support both digital and offline promotional activities including social media, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Work with the marketing/content team to develop promotional materials for products and lab services.

4) Reporting & Administration

• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation using company systems.
• Track performance against assigned KPIs and contribute to review sessions at mid and end of contract.

5) Learning & Development

• Attend at least one training related to sales or marketing during the contract period.
• Propose a minimum of two new ideas to improve sales efforts or promote laboratory services.

1) Experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage.

2) Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

3) Proactive, result-driven, and committed to achieving targets.

4) Able to manage customer expectations professionally and build long-term relationships.
