About the role

PHARLAP ENGINEERING & SERVICES SDN BHD' is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Sepang, Selangor and will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities and support their efforts
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns, reporting on key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering in Electrical
