Job Description: As a Sales Executive for Professional Training Programs at [Company Name], you will play a vital role in driving our growth by selling our diverse portfolio of training courses. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify and research potential clients within your assigned territory or industry.

Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss their training needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our training programs.

Consultative Selling:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's specific requirements.
- Tailor training solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations.

Documentation and Proposal Preparation:

- Prepare comprehensive and customized presentation documentation for client meetings.
- Create clear and persuasive proposals outlining the training programs, pricing, and benefits.

Follow-up and Relationship Management:

- Maintain regular contact with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information.
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Sales Closing:

- Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the training or professional services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the training and development industry is a plus.
