**Responsibility**:
**Main Purpose**: Responsible for assisting the adhoc request by customer. This includes assisting in monitoring inventory levels and for ordering and forecasting items to replenish those inventory levels. Oversees E2E demand and supply matters.
**Industry: From FMCG is a must**
- Leading special project and improvements
- To coach and develop junior exec on day-to-day operation and planning process
- Develop statistical forecast and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods.
- Upkeep high forecast accuracy and good inventory management practice to ensure optimum stocks keeping and consistent product supply to market.
- Close interaction with key stakeholders to understand market intelligence, promotion mechanics and supply plans, to reflect in forecasting model and inventory plan.
- Close monitoring of inventory supply status and provide prompt alert / communication for actions
- Lead and collaborate closely with suppliers, customer and internal departments on future projections, inventory strategies and planning for optimum inventory management within the system.
- Weekly reporting and planning review with internal stakeholders to share performance, event, projection, opportunity, risk, concern and action for continuous inventory improvement.
- Monthly review and reporting of slow moving and obsolete products for actions.
- Ownership to follow through incidences and provide timely clear communication till closure.

**Requirement**
- At least 5 years’ working experience in Supply Chain Management roles
- Planning Management. From FMCG experience
- Strong analytical & presentation skill, excellent skill in forecasting, inventory planning.
- Excellent Communicator, Customer-centric, Digital savy

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
