We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to provide crucial administrative assistance to the Group, Teams, and Senior Team Coordinator. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment by managing key tasks such as travel arrangements, team events, and project support. This role will be based in our Johor Bahru office.
** The Opportunity**
- Provide administrative support to the Group and Teams, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist with the coordination of travel, events, meetings, and workshops.
- Manage various team-related tasks, including document preparation, catering bookings, and timesheet support.
- Aid in client relationship management and project close-outs.
- Support the preparation and formatting of project documents in line with company standards.

** Is this role right for you?**
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a consulting, engineering, or built environment business.
- Strong understanding of organizational processes, guidelines, best practices, and foundational awareness of health and safety best practice.
- Ability to use Arup systems and a willingness to train others in them.
- A detail-oriented and methodical approach with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer and solution-focused mindset.
