Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance and support to the Management;
- Coordinate and oversee all administrative functions and support-related activities;
- Implement administrative policies and procedures;
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments;
- Handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion;
- Undertake any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva or other designing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
