Job description:

  • Professional administrative & co-ordination support for clients
  • Prepare essential documentation

  • Maintenance of records and filing

  • Record and update trainee data and other relevant information
  • Attend calls, email, prepare invoices and payment voucher

  • Prepare business proposal

  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or in other similar position
  • Knowledge of office management systems.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent task organizing skills.
  • Current in today's office technology, and computer software including MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information
  • Experienced in liaising with Government Departments

Note:

Fresh graduates are invited to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
