**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the association’s day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, vendor management, and pre/post-event tasks.
- Liaise with international association members, sponsors, and external partners, supporting cross-border projects between Singapore and Johor Bahru.
- Prepare, manage, and update documentation, records, and reports to maintain accurate information flow.
- Assist in financial administration tasks such as expense tracking and basic budgeting support and invoicing using QuickBooks, QuickHR and Paypal
- Handle inquiries from members and external parties, ensuring professional and prompt communication.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative duties as required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of association operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in international organizations preferred).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage competing deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated passion, self-drive, and proactive attitude in an administrative or events-focused environment.
- Experience in event management, including coordination of large-scale meetings or conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
- Willingness and ability to work cross-border (Singapore/Johor Bahru) and interact with a diverse, international membership base.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
