This role is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, campaign ideation and execution, artwork finalization, brand management and delivering key consumer insights.
- Manage marketing activities for Malaysia, Singapore, China and other growth markets.
- Assist and prepare the annual brand strategy/plans to ensure the achievement of the overall commercial objectives and strategy
- Oversee end-to-end brand innovation/campaigns from ideation, conceptualisation to launch
- Work closely with digital marketing agency for advertisement creative effectiveness
- Ensure marketing activities are in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy
- Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand
- Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brand
- Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand
- Identify and analyse consumer insights, market reactions & results of marketing activities
- Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Category Manager) and partners (agencies)
- Manage brand executives
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities
- Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in business, marketing or any related field
- Min 5 years experience within brand/marketing management
- Experience working in an FMCG industry is a plus.
- Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Innovative, action-oriented, a change driver, positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to read, write and converse in Mandarin is an advantage
