Brand & Creative Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the company's core values, vision, and goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the brand strategy aligns with business objectives.
- Supervise the creation of visual assets, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website design, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proficiently employ various media and computer-aided design tools to articulate creativity and develop concepts, resulting in the creation of exceptional artworks that enhance brand visibility within specific target markets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Research & Development and Operation Teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan, execute and monitor the advertising and promotional activities across all online and offline platforms such as social media, website, e-commerce, and others.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity and coherence across all brand communications and materials.
- Oversee project allocation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage, maintain, and ensure branding structures are consistent across all design projects.
- Engage in interactive brainstorming sessions with teams from diverse departments to facilitate creative idea generation.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates to reflect evolving brand standards and industry best practices to assess compliance with brand standards.
- Keep updated on the industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance the brand's visual presence, etc.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of brand campaigns, gathering and interpreting data to make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Generate Brand & Creative related reports to be presented to the management.
- Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Arts/ Marketing or any other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or other related roles with managerial involvement.
- Proven track record in a similar role with a focus on a brand development and creative design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including brands identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets - must provide portfolio of completed design projects (Attach resume/ CV included with portfolio (Link/ QR Code).
- Proficient in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and other equivalent illustration tools).
- Excellent knowledge in web design and html would be an added advantage.
- Attention to visual details with strong graphic conceptualization skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities in English and Malay.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
