Role SummaryThe Assistant Brand Manager plays a key role in shaping and strengthening the EcoWorld brand by driving strategic brand initiatives and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and executing brand campaigns, overseeing product and promotional strategies, and analysing market insights to support brand growth. The Assistant Brand Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and strategic partners, taking a leadership role in ensuring that all branding activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Scope of WorkKey Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy Development & ExecutionSupport the development of mid- to long-term brand strategies that reinforce the company's positioning and growth plans.
Lead the execution of multi-channel brand campaigns across digital, print, events, and on-ground touchpoints.
Ensure strong brand consistency by aligning messaging, visuals, and communication across all internal and external communications.
Oversee market and consumer research to identify emerging trends, customer behaviours, and competitor positioning.
Evaluate campaign performance using analytics and insights, recommending strategies to optimise future executions.
Provide regular reporting on brand health and support management with data-driven recommendations.
Lead content planning and ensure effective storytelling across social media, website, and digital platforms.
Oversee the development and refinement of marketing materials (ads, brochures, videos, brand assets) to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
Guide internal teams and external agencies in crafting impactful and on-brand creative work.
Plan, manage, and oversee promotional events, product launches, and brand activations from concept to execution.
Coordinate and supervise agencies, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaign materials.
Ensure all campaign objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
Monitor brand consistency across all touchpoints and enforce compliance with brand guidelines.
Work closely with internal teams—Sales, PR, Digital, Corporate Communications—to ensure unified brand representation.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and cross-functional stakeholders on brand-related matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creative, media, digital, and production agencies.
Engage with strategic partners, influencers, suppliers, and media to enhance brand visibility and campaign impact.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and scopes to ensure efficient workflow and optimal outcomes.
Manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation of resources.
Track spending, evaluate cost efficiencies, and provide budget reporting to management.
Ensure all campaigns and activities are delivered within approved budgets.
Brand Leadership: Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and identity development.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate insights-led strategies that align with business objectives.
Project & Campaign Management: Proven capability in managing end-to-end brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with internal teams and external partners to drive cohesive brand execution.
Creative Direction: Ability to evaluate creative work, guide content strategy, and ensure impactful storytelling.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data, measuring campaign performance, and making actionable recommendations.
Communication & Influencing: Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
