Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Marketing & Brand Manager
to lead our brand development and marketing initiatives across regional markets. This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with analytics — driving brand visibility, lead generation, and long-term brand equity through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Management
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market positioning and elevate brand recognition.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and gap analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Lead efforts in award submissions, brand partnerships, and external communications to enhance brand reputation.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, and email) to increase visibility and generate qualified leads across APAC markets.
Optimize digital assets, manage marketing funnels, and track campaign performance using analytics tools.
Market Insights & Growth Initiatives
Analyze global, regional, and local market trends to identify and develop new business and marketing opportunities.
Leverage insights to shape go-to-market strategies and strengthen brand engagement with diverse audiences.
Brand Compliance & Localization
Align marketing initiatives with global brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to local market nuances.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage marketing budgets effectively and oversee external vendors or agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business
, or a related field. - Minimum
5 years of experience
in brand management, marketing, or PR — preferably within
technology, BPS, or digital services industries
(APAC experience is a plus). - Proven expertise in
strategic marketing planning, digital campaign management, and brand positioning. - Proficient in marketing tools such as
SEO/SEM platforms, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM systems. - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in
English
(Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage). - Results-oriented and experienced in managing budgets, teams, and cross-functional projects.
