At Sometime by Asian Designers, creativity meets strategy to craft stories that truly connect. We're seeking a visionary Creative Head who can blend brand storytelling with trend-forward design to drive our marketing and creative initiatives across both online and offline channels.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Head with at least 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design. The ideal candidate is highly attuned to current digital and social media trends and has a proven track record of leading teams and executing across multiple platforms.

  • Interpret business and product requirements to develop creative ideas and campaigns for execution across platforms (website, EDM, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, retail).
  • Lead and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and the graphic design team to execute content across all channels.
  • Utilize research and consumer insights to craft engaging content, campaign mechanics, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay immersed in the digital and social media landscape, maintaining awareness of emerging trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Organize and manage creative activities in collaboration with the brand team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery across multiple deadlines and teams.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as production houses, printers, and agencies to produce high-quality creative materials and collateral.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, flexibility, and a sharp eye for detail to deliver creative work that elevates the brand.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM13,000.00 per month
