Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing development teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing
  • Creating prototypes and mock-ups to test the functionality, aesthetics, and practicality of packaging designs.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design.
  • Staying up to date with consumer and market trends for packaging materials
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry guidelines to ensure compliance with labeling, safety, and product information standards.
  • To shoot product raw footage and edit to turn it into the final product for online (ecommerce digital marketing) and offline (event) use.
  • To support and assist any ad hoc duty (ecommerce management, customer services, etc) required by the business unit head.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in a design or arts-related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design-related fields
  • Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator and In design.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel/Power PowerPoint/Word)
  • Ability to create visual presentations in MS Power Point is advantageous
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools for design, as well as skills in both hand-drawn and digital illustration, are considered advantageous
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Malay.
  • Able to work independently as well as work in a team environment
  • Must have attention to detail and strong time management/organization skills
  • The ability to work well under time constraints and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of product development process, technology and trends is a plus
