Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce creative materials for campaigns, events, and corporate communication needs including brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and reports.
  • Develop engaging digital content for social media, websites, and mobile applications.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional team to create innovative visuals that support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital tools, and creative best practices to continuously improve design output.
  • Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and visual libraries for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
    Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum
    3 years of working experience
    in creative design, preferably within
    corporate communications, marketing
    , or
    creative agencies
    .
  • Proficient in design tools such as
    Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Affinity
    , and video editing tools like
    Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Splice
    .
  • Experience producing digital content (social media posts, infographics, motion graphics, short videos, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    branding, layout design, typography
    , and
    visual storytelling
    .
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work
    independently and collaboratively
    within a team.
