- Summary of the Position:

- The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and broad-based marketing campaigns that drive sales to B2B companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work with the Market Intelligence Team to assess the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the business and making recommendations and actionable tasks to drive demand and growth.
- Support sales with high quality and differentiating marketing collaterals and campaigns that help their company reach new customers or retain existing ones.
- Define and translate brand positionings and product line communication strategy to best resonate with industrial customer’s needs.
- Develop marketing plans and initiatives including lead generation efforts, promotional events, communication campaigns, product launches, etc.
- Lead the development and production of brand and product content, as well as driving and managing the annual product marketing calendar and budgets.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, coordinating the brand and marketing strategies and plans across various departments
- Organize, execute, and coordinate live or virtual events, including tradeshows, customer and partners events, industry events, training seminars and other promotional events
- Create innovative marketing campaigns using robust data and present the recommendations to management.

- Keep up to date with industry insights, sensitive to market competition and able to see the big picture, plan ahead, and put thought into action to help HPMT gain a competitive advantage.
- Analytical and has strong business acumen
- Ability to work well collaboratively, cross-functionally, and mobilise resources where needed
- Creative and innovative thinking, to generate and develop new ideas.
- Strong communication skills, able to write flawlessly in English (ability to communicate in Mandarin is considered a plus).
- Solid ability to allocate and manage budgets.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Experiences and qualifications
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in brand and marketing

management including CRM, art direction, digital marketing, events management, etc.
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing Management or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Brand or Marketing Management in industrial supplies
- Experience in metalworking or precision engineering industries is considered a plus
