**Position: Associate HR Consultant**

**Working Time: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday**

**Location: Ara Damansara**

**What is the job about?**

EZHR is seeking a HR Consultant to support our workforce in Malaysia.

In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees and management in a different environment.

This position reports directly to the director.

**Main Responsibilities**

1. **Employee Services**

a) Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.

b) Provide assistance with HR-related matters and guide employees to the appropriate resources.

c) Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.

2. **New Hire Orientation**

a) Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.

b) Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.

c) Ensure new hires complete all necessary paperwork and training.

d) Develop training materials and conduct training sessions when needed.

3. **Recruitment and placement**

a) Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.

e) Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties.

4. **Compensation and benefit**

a) Ensure compliance with company policies and Employment Act regulations.

b) Perform end to end payroll and statutory billing process. To ensure timely and accurate delivery

c) Ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are in place to complete the payroll process within

the stipulated timeline.

d) Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to statutory matters.

5. **HRIS management**

a) Set up, maintain and update the HRIS.

b) Process and update - leave and claim (if applicable).

6. **Performance management**

a) Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.

7. **Other Ad-Hoc Duties**

a) **Other ad-hoc duties** as assigned

**Job Requirements**:
1. A degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or related areas) or equivalent work experience.

2. 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role is preferred.

4. Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.

6. A team player with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

7. Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.

8. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

**招聘与配置**

a) 执行完整的招聘流程。

b) 发布职位广告,筛选潜在候选人,安排面试,并管理客户的选拔流程。

c) 与候选人建立关系,通过对话、面试和评估来评估其是否符合客户需求。

d) 促进候选人与客户之间的面试,提供指导和支持。

e) 协商职位报价并管理配置流程,确保各方的积极体验。

**薪酬与福利**

a) 确保遵守公司政策和《就业法》相关规定。

b) 执行完整的薪资和法定账单处理流程,确保及时准确地交付给客户。

c) 确保所有必要的批准和签名到位,以便在规定的时间内完成薪资处理。

d) 与当地政府部门和服务提供商联系,处理养老金、社会保险、税务和其他法定事务。

**人力资源信息系统(HRIS)管理**

a) 设置、维护和更新人力资源信息系统。

b) 处理和更新假期及报销(如适用)。

**绩效管理**

a) 进行月度、季度和年度绩效评估。

**其他临时任务**

a) 执行分配的其他临时任务。

**职位要求:**

1. 任何领域的学位(人力资源、商业、心理学或相关专业)或具有同等工作经验。

2. 1-2年人力资源相关岗位经验者优先。
