We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and projects. **Your Learning Journey**

- Experience the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee management and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support in preparing HR documents such as employee handbooks, policies, and reports.
- Answer employee questions about HR related issues, policies, and procedures.
- Assist employees with HR-related issues and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and claims checking.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform end to end payroll processing. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works for clients.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Available for a minimum of 3 months (starting October 2025 onwards) and open to continue as a full-time hire after internship (not pursuing further studies).
- Proactive thinker with the initiative to contribute ideas and solutions, and the flexibility to support different HR functions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and creative in problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for HR.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members in a positive work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
