Reports to: Human Resource Manager
The Intern HR will gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR data management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring all HR data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee leave.
- Assist in performance management activities such as conducting performance evaluations, maintaining performance records, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
- Assist in employee relations activities such as investigating employee complaints and grievances, maintaining employee communication channels, and administering employee recognition programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and regulations to stay up-to-date with the latest HR developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
- This is a full-time internship position with a duration of three to six months._
- The Intern HR will receive a monthly allowance for their work. Upon completion of the internship, the intern may be considered for a permanent position in the Human Resource department based on their performance and availability of openings._
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**DURATION**:
This internship period is expected for a period of 3 to 6 months, with the opportunity to hire as Full Time Employee based on performance and company needs.

**Salary**: Up to RM500.00 per month
