**A. **JOB REQUIRMENTS**
- Certificate/ Diploma in Food Beverage Services Management / Pastry / Bakery or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar field.
- Possessing a good attitude.
- Dependability and responsibility
- Motivated to grow and learn
- Good time management

**B. **MAIN DUTIES**
- To manage task and oversee the operation of production department.
- To lead Senior Chef, Junior Chef & Kitchen Helpers offering guidance and training in accordance with hygiene, baking standards, recipes, recipes of Pastry World.
- To ensure the production department are operating smoothly according to the Standard Operation Policy (SOP) of the company.
- To be in charge of setting master work and schedule for all staff ensuring efficient & adequate stock for all ordering.
- To control stock usages & minimize wastage.
- To attend and handle staffs’ matter.
- To attend & handle custom complaints.
- To drive sales to maximize margin & achieving budgeted revenue.

**C. **ACCOUNTIBILITY**
- Achieving sales target.
- Achieving zero stock wastage.
- Achieving zero operational failure in terms of hygiene, health and safety requirement of HACCP standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
